01 / Prenatal education & virtual support

Virtual Birth Education

CAD $360 + HST

Live virtual birth education: 3 classes, 2 hours each / 6 hours total. Education only.

What's included
  • Three live virtual classes, two hours each — six hours total
  • Class 1: what to expect during labour and birth
  • Class 2: birth positions, movement, comfort techniques and exercises with your partner
  • Class 3: what to expect after birth, postpartum recovery and newborn basics
  • Education only; no live labour attendance is included

Private In-Person Birth Education — 3 Classes (6 Hours)

CAD $450 + HST

Three private in-person education-only classes, 2 hours each / 6 hours total. CAD $450 total (CAD $150 per class), reflecting travel costs. Education only — doula attendance during labour/birth is not included.

What's included
  • Three private live in-person classes, two hours each — six hours total
  • Class 1: what to expect during labour and birth
  • Class 2: birth positions, movement, comfort techniques and exercises with your partner
  • Class 3: what to expect after birth, postpartum recovery and newborn basics
  • Education only; doula attendance during labour/birth is not included

Virtual Birth Guidance

CAD $930 + HST

The same three classes, plus remote guidance by call and message during labour.

What's included
  • The same three virtual classes, approximately two hours each
  • Requested calls and messages for guidance during labour
  • Available for up to 24 hours, counted from hospital admission
  • Remote guidance only: not an uninterrupted video call or in-person attendance

  • One two-hour postpartum visit: you choose virtual or in-home, at the same package price
  • No extra charge for choosing an in-home visit
